MANAGEMENT

Terence Lui - CEO

Former Head of Digital Transformation of Gammon Construction. Initiated and led Digital Transformation in Gammon Construction at the age of 27, for which Gammon was recognized by IDC in 2018 as a ‘Digital Transformation Operating Model Master’. He managed various innovation development projects involving BIM Analytics, AI analytics, IoT, VR and business intelligence (BI), striving to drive business transformation through technology. Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (FICE) at the age 32.

Terence is experienced in construction digitalization, such as the automation of site monitoring. He aims to make use of data to improve construction productivity, quality and safety with an integrated construction approach.

Terence is also CEO of Telescope Consulting Limited, providing digital consulting service, and Digital Project Manager of MTRC driving digital twin for FM.
